If you are using a Survey or a test that has fill in the blank questions such as the “Course Feedback” analysis in an online or hybrid course, you may want to view the information collectively by downloading the test or survey.
How To:
You can go into the Grade Center and display the test or survey column (e.g. Course Feedback column). On the column heading you would hit the arrow and choose Download. This will let you download the results to an Excel spreadsheet. Here is a video to watch on how to download and view the test results.
