Quality Approval Stamps Received for Online Courses

11 NCCC Online Courses Receive the Quality Approval

The office of eLearning would like to congratulate the following online and hybrid instructors for completing the volunteer NCCC Quality Peer Review process and receiving the NCCC Quality Approved stamp and certificate. The recipients are:

The above courses meet the eight general standards of the National Quality Matters standards used to evaluate the design of online and blended courses. In addition, the courses also meet standards set by the Community of Inquiry theoretical framework for Teaching, Social, and Cognitive Presence.  Once again, I would like to thank  those eLearning faculty who volunteered for this course review and for showing  your dedication to delivering high quality eLearning courses at NCCC.  We look forward to reviewing more courses this academic year.   If you are interested in becoming a reviewer or volunteer your course to be reviewed, please contact me.

I have been helping faculty develop quality courses for delivery online for over 25 years. My online teaching experience includes both online at the undergraduate and graduate level and have created and delivered numerous workshops focusing on the pedagogy of teaching online and strategies to support student success.
